Products and Orders

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information displayed on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update products, pricing, promotions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

SHIBAX2 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We accept payment methods made available at checkout through our website platform and payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order where required by law.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days. Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders and generally takes five to seven (5–7) business days following shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SHIBAX2 is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges are covered by SHIBAX2.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and products showing signs of misuse, alteration, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must notify us of damaged or defective items within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting shibax2LLC@outlook.com and providing photographs of the issue.

Pet Safety Disclaimer

SHIBAX2 products are intended for use under the supervision of a responsible pet owner.

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size and fit for their pet, regularly inspecting products for signs of wear or damage, and discontinuing use if any defect or deterioration is observed.

No pet accessory is indestructible. Pets should never be left unattended while wearing any collar, leash, or accessory.

SHIBAX2 is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from improper use, improper fit, lack of supervision, or failure to inspect products before use.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, icons, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of SHIBAX2 LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

User Content and Social Media

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content to SHIBAX2, including by tagging or mentioning our brand on social media, you grant SHIBAX2 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
